I was satisfied with the installation. But what was irritating I was told if I took down the old fence it would have saved me some money. As a Retired Disabled Veteran, I'd not taken it down if it wasn't true. So, do yourself a favor when you do have a fence installed by them don't life a finger moving a single thing. Don't move a rock, don't take down the old fence and definitely don't take their word for it. Other than this the fence looks great. Hopefully this post will stay up because my last post just disappeared.

The old owners were nice. Not the new owners or new secretary Stephanie. Fence is falling apart and crooked. Will not honor any warranty because they find a way to make it your fault. After giving them $16,000, and installation 8/10/22 they sent the final bill 10/6 with a court citation. Stephanie is vulgar, Rude and hostile. If you tell her she is being rude she laughs hysterically or calls you a vulgar name. She doesn't bill, call or send emails as she says. Has someone wrapped around her finger to get away with what she does. Rude and hostile!! Don't give them your money!

Extremely pleased with the job these gentlemen did. 4 guys pull our fence up in no time. The staff is great also very pleasant to speak to thank you very much for what you done for our family.

This business has very, very poor communication with their customers. Initially contact them in June received a quote and submitted my deposit by June 21st for a fence. I was under the impression it would be 4-6 weeks before the fence would be installed. Received no communication from them. Once August came around I called about once per week and they could not give me a date for when the fence would be installed. Finally, they told me September 13th or 14th the posts would be installed. No one came until October 8th. The fence was finally completed October 17th but the gates were not correct and one of the posts was missing a top. I called to have this corrected and they said we will make a note, if you dont hear from us, call back again in a few days. The fence itself appears to be fine (aside from the gate sizing issue), but I would not recommend going through this business as they are very busy and have too many customers to keep track of.
