        I asked about financing, and was told yes. When I went to pay I was preapproved but no one knew how to process it! They were calling, watching a tutorial video. I finally had to pool money to pay cash. I agreed to to the repairs with the expectation of financing. Im now being constantly texted about an approved loan amount I didnt use. If this impacts my credit I will be even more upset!!! Please assist in rectifying this.

        They actually charge double for parts. If o'reilly sells part for 200 monro charges you 400. Just try it, call oreilly and get pric for part. Then Ask monro how much he part is. If you pay to have something fixed, and they give you your car back and it's not fixed, they charge you again to fix it. The mechanics suck, not knowledgeable at all. They don't like to work. They rather stand around doing nothing and tell you come back tomorrow. It's a heartless soulless corporate rip off
