Went to her Office on 10/18/22 asked for assistance Front Desk person says they dont deal with The Landlord/Tenant Act eviction letter nor cant tell me what steps to take. Went to the State Rep.s Office instead, and got an answer on how to go about an eviction letter. What I want to know is; why cant People take their time and try to go above & beyond their hot seats!

Walmart overall if ordering from the shipping department are decent so far when problems are had. Local stores have been hit or miss, online customer experiences with stores inside experiences seems to leave customers not satisfied. Local stores have lost their customer service skills, sense of urgency and customer care. Some stores are better than others, some stores have mix and match customer service, depending on whom the employee is. Some stores have gained independence from many sales, lost their view to care, stopped caring if someone stops shopping at their store. When customers are upset, they might shop a local store, but will buy less. Stores need to pay attention to customer care, go back to the training from the home store, of the model of urgency, customer care, helping at every opportunity a customer with concern.
