Figueroa Contracting

I gave them 2 starts cause the roof was good, Larry the sales person does an amazing job working with you for the new roof. The roof install looks solid. No leaks so far. BUT, They screwed up my landscaping lights. The solution I was looking for was either fix them so they look exactly they looked prior to the roof, or give me x $$ amount back to hire a landscaper to reinstall the lights correctly. The owner came by and said he would fix them, it was a poor quality job. Sooooo I guess Im spending my time during the weekend fixing the mistakes his crew made. When I get a job done from a crew I expect my property to be left the way it looked prior to a job. Daylight photos are the way they left them, night photos was after they fixed them. Larry Giusti from Figueroa Contracting is not your typical roofer. Heres why: Prior to Larry, we received quotes from other local roofers and each time we just felt like a number - theyd pull measurements and send a quote the next day without even coming over to look at the job or introduce themselves. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we called Figueroa Contracting and Larry came out the next day to meet us and discuss the project. He went up to inspect the roof and found some damage, took pictures, and walked us through the entire insurance process - he even met our insurance companies roof inspector at the house so they could walk the roof together to confirm the damage. The insurance company said we could simply replace the damaged shingles. Larry then had to come back again to pull a shingle to be sent out for testing to see if it was still in production. It wasnt, but the insurance company said we could use an alternative one. Larry then went back up to install them and found that they were not the right size so we had to take additional photos and submit them to the insurance company to explain why their recommendation will not work. The insurance company agreed and because of Larrys dedicated support through the entire process, we wouldnt have known about the damage or even how to navigate the complex insurance process. I cant recommend these guys enough!! Bryan took care of everything like it was his own family. We had significant hail and wind damage to our roof. Bryan came out and met with the adjuster on 2 occasions to get the job done. The crew did an outstanding job both with the install and cleanup. When they left, you would have never known they were here, with exception to the gorgeous roof. If you need a new roof, look no further. Yiu wont be disappointed!! When they first came around and said we could get a new roof due to damage I was skeptical, but Larry worked non-stop with our insurance from start to finish. In the end, they were fantastic to work with. They installed our roof in one day, cleaned up everything, and a we could not be happier with the end result.
