        I went there yesterday for a wash and cut. At first I loved the cut and the stylist was very sweet. Then I came home and straightened it and noticed how choppy my layers are and uneven my hair is. Not the first time Great clips disappointed me. Now I have to make an appointment somewhere else to get it fixed so I don't look ridiculous. I'm done with great clips!!!

        Don't ever let Angela touch your hair!!!! She was shown a literal video of what my daughter wanted for her cut. She BUTCHERED her hair!!!! It is so bad my daughter is sobbing in the car as I type this!!! It is so bad Lynne couldn't even fix it!!! NEVER LET ANGELA TOUCH YOUR HAIR!!!

        Not going here again. Been disappointed too many times. Didnt get what I wanted the last time and tried to fix it myself to look at least presentable and went back the next day to just get it faded correctly. They were gonna charge me again for one minute of work that they didnt get right the first time.
