Nova Dental, Dr. Wolff

I missed too many appointments over SIX years ago (was in college, had a lot going on) in a completely different office and this office refused to schedule me. Worst service and most unaccommodating practice Ive ever heard of. What a joke.

Dr. Ryan and his staff go above and beyond to make sure my family is safe and treated well. They are organized and friendly, with a welcoming and tidy office. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan and the Tarentum office, I couldnt ask for a better experience.

This dentist is a scam artist. There's a ton of rooms in this office where they haggle people for dental work. I went in and this dentist filed my two front teeth down so small I didn't even know how he was going to put crowns on them but once he did he put them on and they fell out three or four times within a month. His excuse was oh when your permants come in they won't fall out well they fell out in less than a year after I paid over $2,000 this is what your mouth will look like if you go to this dentist... His dad told me they would put a Post in to fix it so I scheduled another appointment only to come in to have Ryan tell me they're not going to do anything. I want my money back. EVERYONE READING THIS LOOK AT THE PICTURES ENCLOSED. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST YOU WILL BE SORRY LOOK AT ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ESPECIALLY THE REVIEW BY LINDA WHO SPENT OVER $4,000 FOR CROWNS ALSO LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FROM HIS OTHER OFFICES. And I am ready for your reply because I know a dentist is going to get on here and leave a phony reply so therefore I will be responding I'm waiting? Everyone else on here is lying but this dentist. You got my money and you got my number I want my money back! I'm also going to let the state know about that phony filling you did in my mouth where there was no cavity and the lady showed me on the X-ray that there was no hole and I looked at her and said there is no hole and she said okay you can have it done if you want or not. So I let her drill a hole in my mouth and put a feeling in where there was no previous hole and I can prove it. I was at a dentist previous to that. Cut me a check or better yet get my cash out you have my number and give it back!!

So I called yesterday to office for a cleaning for my son and they said I had blue cross I said no just upmc they said get in touch with upmc I did she said only on insurance it was upmc so she called the office and the office would not talk to her or me the lady said they dont talk to two people , those people in office are really rude and dentist are not good ! Stay away from nova dental all together ! Today I came home mail box , I get this note such a nice office not !!! Stay away from nova dental how they treat people unreal !

They have very bad services and they suck and there male doctor has me to pull 3 teeth then he pulled 7 I hate him and they are rude but the nurses are nice.
