DO NOT USE! We first entered into a verbal agreement with Mike Capri in March 2023. Some weeks later, Roger Westgate called us to say that Mike had a stroke, and that he would take over the project. We gave him $15,000 cashier's check. The project was delayed from Pocono Township DOB for 4 months. Roger told us in July 2023 to give him an additional $4,000 to secure the framer. The blueprints were ready in early Sept. Then begins weeks of lies and excuses from Roger. In November we discovered that he never resubmitted the new blueprints. We kept calling and texting trying to get him to start the project because we didn't want to lose our money. He said his brother died; he was in the hospital; the mason was busy, then the mason didn't want to do our project because it was too small. The latest excuse on why he didn't show up on Jan 8 was that he had to walk the dog and then rest because of his heart. I don't expect to see this money again, but I will try.

WORTHLESS!!! They don't respond, don't communicate, steal your money!!! Do not use, avoid at all cost!!! I hired them to do a job, the first one it was great. I hired them for another job and they were enthusiastic to take it on. They asked for a downpayment, got it, and never showed up. They don't respond to calls or texts. When they do, they kiss your hand and give you a sad story of why they can't or some empty promises where they "piss" on you and what you pay them to do. Sorry excuse of a business. Roger is a sorry excuse of a Veteran willing to help out Vets. Avoid them!!!

I worked for PA certified for almost a year. They still owe me money. Roger thinks hes a gangster who can do whatever he wants. Theyre taking deposits from new customers and either pocketing it or spending it on jobs they cant afford to finish. I feel horrible for anyone that has given them a deposit. Youll never get your money back

Worked For Roger Westgate and Mike, (owners) for months Roger Does Not Pay Employees and Still Owes Me Money He Refuses To Pay Me. its Been Two Months Now And He Pulled A Gun On Me In His Office And Physically Assaulted Me When I Went To Inquire About My Pay. Avoid At All Costs.

MIKE CAPRI (CAPRISTA) WENT TO JAIL A FEW YEARS AGO FOR WHAT THESE BUMS ARE DOING UP HERE, GOOGLE IT!!! do not use PA Certified Contractors. if you have given them a deposit get it back or ditch them, dont let them wreck your house. They have destroyed my house and i am trying to get out of the rest of the work before they destroy the gutters too and they are threatening to sue me. i had someone come out and look at what they did and take pictures. the siding and fascia is poorly joined, unsealed, they put the wrong soffits in the wrong places on half the house clogging the roof, parts of the installation are missing, they didnt do 6 of the 15 windows promised, . the shingles on the roof are overlapping and incorrectly installed and at least where the person looking could see there was no ice and moisture barrier laid down as was written in the proposal. they got me for almost the entire amount before finishing the second job talking about "they need it to make payroll". they kept moving the start dates and now our gutters have been down for almost 2 months. they had very poor communication claiming the one guy was sick in the hospital. go look on the better business bureau site, soemone there tells almost the exact same story from i think 2021. my beautiful home i just bought is ruined Services: Exterior finishing, Roof installation
