Bill was our buyer agent and helped us with the purchase of a property recently. Bill is nice and easy to work with, always ready to listen and prompt in replying to any of our calls. He was always on time and extremely efficient when he toured us around the houses on the market. Sometimes we found interesting properties on Zillow a few minutes before our scheduled visits to other properties, and Bill would always make sure that we saw all of them and never rushed through any of them or pushed us to make any quick decisions. Of course, as other reviewers mentioned, Bill has great connections and resources. When we needed inspectors or other specialists to assist us in the transaction, we were able to trust Bill's recommendations. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience. Bill is a trust-worthy person and a highly professional realtor. You won't waste any time working with Bill. There is no buyer's regret at all.
