This was our first experience with selling a home so we were very nervous not knowing the process. Our realtor, Brendan was amazing. He was super knowledgeable and always available. Krystal did such a great job with the marketing aspect. The photos said it all. Through out the entire process the manager Jessica made sure to do all the things to make sure she communicated every step of the way. Michelle was also a pleasure to work with, she coordinated with the rest of the team to get documents we needed to have completed out promptly. This entire team made us feel at ease. Brendan, Jessica, Michelle and the rest of the team are the pinnacle of professionals. Getting the sale of my house to the finish line through all the unforseen challenges was purely amazing. My Father and I walked without an appointment and Jim made us feel welcome from the very first moment. Even when issues arose, He kept us upbeat and never let us get discouraged. He handled the selling of our house with grace and kindness and it sold really quickly.
