POM Contracting

Recently called POM for an estimate on repairing our aging, original composite deck. Elliot came right out and took a look. Upon his inspection we discovered the deck was not built properly (surprise) to begin with in 2004 (by prior owners). We discussed the options available and Elliot came back with a design that fit our needs perfectly. We have a hot tub so we needed the structure to be safe for that. Work began after permits were secured. Elliot kept us well informed throughout the process. Billy, the carpenter who built the entire deck himself, was incredible! His work ethic and attention to detail are top notch!! We now have a beautiful new deck and cannot wait for spring to get out and enjoy it!!!

We had our deck replaced with POM. Elliot is one of the most responsive contractor Ive worked with. It took about a month to complete our project and he kept updating us with the status. My experience with contractors is not very good. Most are very bad keeping up with the schedule and hardly call with updates. This is not the case with POM. I would definitely recommend and use them for future projects.

We needed a rather large amount of work done around our house (replacing old decking and railing with TREX as well as extending the existing deck further, stone veneer over the cement blocks around the whole house, as well as other work. We chose POM Contracting because we wanted a reliable contractor who would be able to do the work before the onset of winter, and not some one or two man crew who would take forever. Upon contacting POM, Elliot came out, spoke with us about our needs and offered possible solutions. After speaking with him, we asked for an estimate, and a few days later Elliot came with a proposal for the work and an estimate. When we agreed to the terms, POM obtained all the necessary permits and gave us a timeline as to what work would be done and when. All we can say is that the work was done to our complete satisfaction, with the POM office calling and keeping us in the loop, and Elliot called and stopped by often to check on the work and answer any concerns. Elliots crew did a fantastic job and we heartily recommend POM Contracting for any work you need done. These people are professionals and we could not be happier with the results. Stan & Ursula

From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with this company for my deck project. Very Professional. Fair pricing & a conscientious work crew. From permits to completion all work was done in a timely manner. The owner of the company (Elliot Ace) kept me abreast of what was being done on the project on a regular basis & returned phone calls promptly. I would highly recommend POM for your next home project.
