I don't think it was my stylist fault, he honestly just needs a lot more training. After my dye he didn't wash out the dye sufficiently, after he was done I ran my hands through the back of my hair and my fingers were black from the dye. When I pointed this out to him he said he can clean it at his chair with a solution. I asked him to please rinse my hair again which he did, but I still had dye all over the place. The front of my hairline which is thinning had a recognizable dye hairline that was very obvious but he did not point it out. He did cut my hair very well, I can't complain there. However his drying and blow dryer technique needs help. As I mentioned I don't blame him, I blame whoever is in charge of training them. There was someone walking around who I assume was a supervisor but her walking around seemed very superficial. I say this because it was clear the student doing my hair needed help. He was detangling my hair with the wrong styling tool instead of a wide tooth comb, I had to point that out to him. When I sat down I asked him if for the haircut he was going to cut my hair wet and he said yes, but then he proceeded to dry my hair and said it was best to cut dry. I get it, but why tell me one thing and do another. I literally left worse than when I walked in and again the women / supervisors at the front counter should have seen that. They didn't ask me how was my experience or even looked at me; they just took my payment and made sure to point out I tell them how the student did. I refused filling out that part of the form. At that point when I refused to fill that part of the form why not ask the reason. Again, I don't believe my student was to blame; I believe the instructors, supervisors, trainers are to be held accountable. For the most part he was great, he was well mannered and polite. If a student is paying tuition for this school they should get their monies worth and be taught proper techniques. It doesn't take much to ask a paying customer, " hey how was everything? Are you happy with the outcome?".

I went in for a wash ,blow dry and flat iron, and I work with the student Georgia. She was so gentle and did such an amazing job. Even at my job. Everyone was complementing my hair and asking me where I went ,so I will definitely be coming back.
