I should have known that we would be in for a wild ride when Jessica came out with a handwritten, back-of-napkin math looking quote for the work our car needed. I should have known it was going to get wilder as the wrong parts were ordered for the car, the parts that were installed failed immediately, and learned of the implication that nobody test drives these vehicles after work is complete. If our original napkin math quote was correct, I wouldnt have even authorized service, I would have bought another car, but it was $1000 dollars less than the amount they tried to bill me after the initial work was complete. Paul did make it right and charged me the price that they had indicated, but not without misconstruing this event as doing us a favor rather than admitting any fault. At this point, we drove the car away with $3800 dollars worth of work completed and a safety inspection sticker intact. Within 2 miles of leaving the dealership, my fiance noticed that the car felt like it was out of alignment. I took it out for a ride and that was an understatement; the car was pulling all over the road. We brought it back and they said that the control arm they just installed was broken, noted that Eduardo felt that it didnt quite fit right, but he installed regardless, but Jessica assured us that everything was fine this time. We made it to McDonalds (you know, down the block) only to realize that nothing felt like it had been repaired. We brought the car back and were quoted for $1200 more worth of work to replace parts that nobody had realized were bad during any of the three times the car was in the shop over the previous week and a half. The way Paul talked to my fiance and I through this process was unprofessional. Is Paul available? we asked. No! says Paul from his office. That was not as funny as you thought, Paul, and thats the tone you decided to start our conversation with. After he got all hard bodied and argued with us for awhile, I asked Paul if their related dealership would be interested in buying the car. After a few days of getting the runaround and having to follow up with him multiple times despite his indication that he would call me back, he finally told me the vehicle was too high mileage for their lot at 87k. I told him I understood, and that I would be removing the vehicle to get it scrapped. He insisted that I not do that but rather give him some time to see if any other local wholesalers might be interested in the vehicle. I waited the two days that he indicated this process would take and called him back. We played phone tag until he told me that someone would be interested in purchasing the vehicle and that he would give me a call the following morning to arrange me speaking with the buyer. The next day came and went, I heard nothing from Paul for over a week. We returned to the dealership to remove the car, being as it had been registered and insured this entire time, and I have already purchased another vehicle. Surprise! Paul is nowhere to be found. Jessica got our keys and I (very carefully) drove the car home. I called Chrysler corporate during all of this, they also told me to kick rocks. Go to an independent mechanic, buy your weird uncle a case of beer or work on your car in your driveway. Dont give Gray any money and probably dont buy a Chrysler

I made an appointment for an oil change at one o'clock. I've been waiting for an hour and they still haven't taken my car to the service for an oil change. The most ridiculous service I've ever been to

Hi Enes. We apologize for the wait time. Unfortunately service departments at car dealerships do get backed up on occasion. We'd like a second chance to do a better job. Please feel free to reach out with any other concerns. Jason B., [email protected]
