        The car's eyesight system shutdown and caused other secondary problems. That was taken care of professionally. My Service Manager, Vincent, found other maintenence that were due and recommended repairs. I agreed to the repairs. Vincent gave me the phone number for Affirm. I received approval, but it wouldn't open for the cashier. Vincent took the EXTRA STEP and together Vincent and the Cashier resolved the problem! That extra step is what makes Ertle Subaru great and should be encouraged.

        Kathy was so pleasant to deal with. She was very professional and knew what she was talking about. The mechanic did a great job everything was completed as I was explained in check-in.

        The staff is very courteous. I like that I can get a loaner car during my service, in case I have an appointment and can't wait. My service did take longer than expected, but luckily I wasn't pressed for time. The final bill was a little more than expected because an advertised price for tire rotation wasn't factored in. I showed them the email advertising the lower price, and they honored it. That shouldn't have been necessary.

        Very friendly and polite and extremely helpful. I walked in and was greeted and taken to the service center right away. I was helped in the service center immediately and they diagnosed the problem quickly and were very happy to answer all my questions.
