Why have store hours when they dont follow them? Arrived at 8:15 am and the store is to open at 8am! There were 3 trucks with carts loaded at the door to deliver and they were not open as the door was locked these delivery drivers knocked and knocked and no one opened the lights were on and looked ready but nothing! I ended up leaving after waiting over 10 min but felt bad for these delivery drivers as they have lots more deliveries to make but are stuck with the skids at the door! I get things happen but apparently this happens very often! Change your dang hours then! Ive shopped at this location a handful of times due to poor customer service! There used to be a few nice ones but havent seen them anymore!

The store hours are 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I've been there twice, once at 8:30 and 9:40 in the evening to the door locked. When I asked the gentleman why they were closed, he said "we're stocking shelves". So, you lock your doors when your store is supposed to be open for customers? It's bad enough you go there and sometimes it's just closed. Very unprofessional to whoever is managing this Dollar General

Usually this place is great and convenient but lately its just been getting worse and worse. I have been a loyal customer here for 6 years but today was the last straw, when the cashier got mad at me because I asked her not to stuff her face before she rang me up of course I get an ignorant attitude and basically cursed out when I'm just trying to buy my stuff and leave without catching covid! So disgusting.
