        My roommates and I absolutely love it here. We have a balcony room and love being able to spend time outdoors. Our living area is the prefect space for all of us. All of the workers have been so kind and helpful. If your looking for a place in State College, I would highly recommend Park Hill.

        This is my first time living in an apartment and it's been a good experience. The staff at Park Hill are super friendly and willing to accommodate anything you might need. The apartment is the perfect size for my roommate and me, however I wish there was a gym in our building. That's literally the only downside. Other than no gym, Park Hill has been a great place to live and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend!

        Highly recommend!! Park hill is pretty affordable and has a great location close to downtown state college. The rooms are very nice for a one bedroom and me and my roommate are enjoying it immensely.

        I moved into park hill as my first apartment experience ever. Safe to say, this place is really amazing. I love all of the opportunities, the location, the benefits, and for the most part the floor plan. The only thing I wish I was aware of is if you get a corner room your floor plan will be smaller than advertised and I was unaware of this until I moved in. Other than that, I have had no problems
