Nice apartments with a top tier location within state college. Prices are a bit unreasonable, but reasonable compared to other apartments in town. They make up for it with all of the community building events with free food/drinks they have frequently. Ken from maintenance is the best and always responds quickly whenever we have maintenance issues and knows how to fix it and how to prevent the problem from happening again.

I have lived at the Canyon for 3 years now. Shannon and the lest of the staff go above and beyond to make the Canyon feel like home. The activities, coffee bar, giveaways and community meals really make me feel like I am a part of a community. If i had to mention one employee that stands out to me it would be Skip the maintenance man. He is always very kind and does a great job. Thank you Canyon!

Love living at the Canyon! The location is unmatched. The staff is accommodating (Danielle is my fav), and resident events are fun! We live at Cedarbrook and signed again for next year too. The maintenance is always helpful and efficient when we need something in the apartment fixed. Would recommend!

It has been really great living here. The staff is great and maintenance is super fast when we put in a request for something. I also really like all of the events that are put on!
