Unreliable cars, worse service. Bought two Hyundais a few years apart, purchased new. One had an engine die. Was supposed to be covered under warranty. Dealership refused. We complained, but Blaise Alexander did not care. Second car (< 3 years old) started having problems right away. Factory defects and failing parts. Again supposed to be covered by warranty, but Blaise Alexander refused service in retaliation for our complaint about the other car. Failure to stand behind the cars you sell is not ok. Retaliating against customers is not ok.

The service department on the other can be hit or miss. As with all dealership service, the services are pricey compared to elsewhere. For in-warranty repairs and recalls, we've had acceptable (but not great) experiences, but have had troubles with diagnosing intermittent issues with our cars, mainly the Elantra. In our experience, if there's no check engine light on, the process will be very painful. We've had a couple of misdiagnoses already, but management does seem willing to try to help get to the root cause, but there's a fair bit of aggravation getting issues raised to a sufficiently high level. EDIT: If you're a customer, don't write a negative review. They'll first try to bribe you to take it down, and when that fails will refuse to perform warranty service. I was offered $150 to remove this review.

Great service department, Chris, Kanas & the entire team we're fantastic. The general manager, Jack, made sure that our Santa Fe was taken care of. Highly recommend Blaze Alexander Hyundai!
