Never came back to fix anything five years later still looks the same. I now have to get a contractor to come in and fix all the cracks in the house that Fine Lines Homes never fixed. This is a very poor way to do business I would never recommend them to anyone.

Poorly constructed, cheap materials, and code violations eventually causing us mold problems. Drafty home with wind pouring into several switches, outlets, and around floor. Problem was reported on 11 month walk through. We were lead to believe problem was found and corrected. They stated they took extra measures and sealed outlets, light switches, and added silicone seal around molding. After a recent discovery of new problems we learned they never found original leak they just covered up with band aid solution. Bathroom fans both vented together in same space of attic causing mold. This was clearly a code violation when they constructed our home. We immediately reported that our back flow device sounded like a moaning cow in the walls. Their solution was to disable the device which I believe may be another code violation. If you are going to build poorly constructed homes know how to properly fix and repair. Concerning how they aren't up on current codes or worse just chose to ignore them. I wish we were more educated when we built our home. Giving a 1 star was generous if I could rate a 0 I would. If you decide to build a home with them please know local codes and make sure you inspect as home is being built or you will regret.

We had a house built 6 years ago. We are constantly paying now for their poor quality work because things are breaking or not working correctly. Every time something gets fixed the repairmen comments about how badly it was made/built the first time. Our floor boards all through the house squeak like we live in an older home. We even had them fix it once. If there were any corners to cut when building a house, Fineline cut them!

The only reason I gave them one star is because zero is not an option. I invite anyone that is looking to build a home with Fine Line, to visit with me and my home. We have HUNDREDS of pictures to show how horrible they are. Not to mention around a hundred other issues that they said they would not repair after our one year check up. Now we have the drywall tape falling off of the ceiling in our living room. Not their problem now that its past a year. These people are dishonest crooks, at best, and lying thieves at worst. I truly hope no one else trusts them to build their home. Reach out to me if you are thinking about building with them.
