Nichole did the restoration work and we were very happy. The quality of the work was excellent. She arrived early and stayed late to make sure the work was done in a timely manner, which it was. Highly recommend. Also Mike Hartman was great at making sure that everything ran smoothly and kept us informed at every step. Whenever I had a question he would respond immediately, usually within a couple of minutes. Very happy with the entire experience. 10 out of 10. This was my initial review: Very nice people who did professional work. I received the fire damage related cleaning services. Very timely and good quality. This is what it stands now: A month after the service, I received an extremely high amount of charge for the service, more than the insurance allowed. Besides, there were items not cleaned by them but they charged me for. Even over one month since I told them the issue, the problem was not fixed... Service: Fire damage cleanup & repair
