This store is terrible. More than once I have been in this store and its been terrible. I work at a stihl dealership. One time I was in this store back in the stihl section and I overheard a employee tell a customer when she asked about if she had a warranty issue he said I don't know call stihl. Wrong answer. Rural king is not better than Tractor supply or home depot the only difference is rural king is owned by one person. I was there today looking for Milorganite fertilizer. After looking around for 15 minutes and couldn't find it or anyone. I finally found someone who couldn't be bothered he more important things getting the carts out of the parking lot. When I found a nice gentleman to actually help me. He apologized and said we haven't had that fertilizer in 3 weeks even though the internet says we have it.
