        Both husband and son were sick, so I was running late. I was 12 minutes late, physically in the office. The front office staff looked at me in the eye and said, We are charging you $70 for being a no-show. Unbelievable. Never coming back. Front office staff rude and unkind even before this visit.

        The staff is very friendly and accommodating! Dr. Younkins and the technicians are very good with their chairside manner during a visit. Im glad to be a patient.
