BUICK at STOCKER BUICK GMC

This has to be the worst dealership I have ever been to. The sales manager was complaining that no one would save him from talking to a customer who had bought a truck from this dealership who had brought it back in for ceramic coating and was picking it up. Then he does not like my counter offer on a new truck so he tells the poor salesmen to tell me to get the F out repeatedly. Along with a whole bunch of other F this and F that mixed in. Someone should get him a sound proof office or teach him how to be a actual sales manager.

Very kind and attentive staff. Also the process moved quickly and didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would.

All of the staff members were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Their helpful services began prior to our arrival at the dealership by answering important questions over the phone. We drove over two hours to purchase this vehicle and we were treated with great respect from the moment we arrived.
