My Beyond Looks

I had been going to My Beyond Looks for over a year and was pleased with the services I ordered. The last time I went was in August 2023. In January 2024, I called and left a voicemail to schedule a cut. No one called me back. I called again during open hours and had to leave another voicemail and still received no reply. I left a comment on their website for someone to call me and again no reply. I also had the cell number of my stylist so I texted her and stillno reply. Ive always been a good tipper so I dont understand why they would turn away a frequent, generous customer. Needless to say, Ive found another salon.

I moved a yr ago, barely knew this town. The first salon I came across and need my hair done, so I stop there!! This receptionist just put my name in a waiting list and never got back at me nor a stylist ! So my opinion they don't like certain races!! Rude

Im writing this on behalf of my wife whos been looking for a good salon to get established at to start off the employees didnt make her feel welcomed. Next the stylist who had 15 years experience didnt know what she was doing. My wife asked for a dark brown to caramel balayage and the stylist proceeded to give her foil highlights and added no brown hair color just toner prior to being told that toner does not stay in her hair. My wife also got a trim done which her hair was very uneven. We ended up going to a different salon to get her hair fixed.

I used to come here and liked Eddie but its been impossible to call and make a booking. No one mans the phone, at any hour :(. More like My beyond reach
