        I was looking for a replacement faucet hose and was striking out everywhere. The folks at Crescent werent familiar with it (its old and obscure) got on the phone with Moen through their Pro line (consumer line had a days long wait to talk to someone) and got a replacement ordered for me within 10 minutes and that was my first time interacting with them. Extremely helpful! Im not their customer (yet) but I thought Id leave a good review at least. Thanks again!
