My husband and I went into the housing market completely clueless but determiend to find our little nest we can call home. Having Ben as a realtor was nothing short of having someone completely invested in our search for a home. He came equipped with the knowledge, patience, kindness and diligence needed for our journey. Ben has been a fanatastic source of information on properties, market temprature, financing, rates, rehab, taxes ... anything and everything important in buying and selling real estate. If Ben does not have an immediate answer, he will work to find it or link us with one of his contacts who can. He has helped us in so many ways, and we will surely seek his guidance and advice many more times in the future.
