Call to make an appointment and the receptionist was huffing and puffing being rude and I'm a new patient but now after going to the reviews I won't be going there. I give it one star because I just dodged a bullet

I'm a New Customer Here, I saw their Add at my Dr.s Office. Thought I might HELP them with their Alzhiemers Study... My Grandfather had it. Made an Appointment for 10-2-23 three Weeks in Advance. Stephanie Michael called me to Postpone until Today, the 24 th. OK no Problem. So, six weeks I've been Waiting to HELP THEM with THEIR STUDY... I get there, Fill out More Paperwork, She Tells me Since I'm Not Yet 60 yrs old, I don't Qualify for the PROGRAM. You could have said Something Earlier. " I Told you that on the Phone " She Said. DISRESPECTFUL, Poor COMMUNICATION Skills, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION... PITIFUL. DO BETTER.

Its only good for scheduled twice a year visits. Trying to get an appointment with your primary physician, not a NP or other doc, is impossible. Called for appointment for severe back pain, possible bad sprain or cracked rib after vacation, got appointment center, my primary not available for the rest of the week! Nurse tomorrow or other doc the day after Forget it! So Ill go to Riddle ER, not Crozer, and start looking for another primary. Too bad, really. I liked my primary, just not the level of service provided. I had this same problem when I called and asked for a call-back.had fever, chills, etc., and waited two or three days to hear from the doc. Who kind of shrugged it off. So its all on their terms, just dont get sick.

I have never written my review for anyplace but the doctors and staff are the absolute best. They have made my life taking care of my mother easier while ensuring her comfort and her care. They are quick to respond and always pleasant.
