I asked the lady for long layers & a small trim but to keep my hair length. Im pretty upset, it looks quite choppy and she cut off too much of my hair length that it looks MEDIUM LENGTH, when I walked in with fairly long hair. Their clientele seems to be mainly white people so I guess me being Asian I guess it was different to work with, but Im pretty unsatisfied. Will not be returning . UPDATE - my hair is so choppy now that its been a week, and SHORT. HORRIBLE.

Lisa cut my teenage daughters hair last week. My very picky kiddo absolutely loved it. I decided to have Lisa cut my hair as well. Sam shampooed my hair and it was great. Lisa did my cut and blow dry and I am in love with it! I normally end up regretting a shorter chop, but not this time. Its absolutely perfect and we will definitely be back! Everyone there is so kind. It was a great experience!

Went in with a Groupon over the weekend for a single process color, hair cut, and conditioning treatment. I absolutely love the color and how it came out! However, I am not loving the hair cut. It is shorter than I asked for and the long layers are not very long and are extremely choppy! I did not notice until I got home and styled it. I am devastated as my hair was very long and this is the first time I have had it done in two years. I also did not receive a conditioning treatment. My hair was washed and conditioned how it normally is done.
