Zumiez

We bought a board here for $300+ and it kept biting, so we went back the same day and they put on risers. Still didn't ride right so we took it to another zumiez and they said they had put the wrong trucks on, and backwards as well. Really disappointed that they made 3 mistakes, thank God the other store knew what they were doing and fixed it for us

The mall employees are great overall but two stuck out to me that I had to leave a review. Alex and Alyssa are really helpful and had really great customer service skills. Alex greeted me as soon as I walked in the store and even told me the specials immediately and Alyssa greeted me and also came over and spoke with me. Alex made sure I knew all of the sales going on and where and tried assisting me with shopping for my son. As a person in sales I really appreciate this work ethic and level of customer service. Now fast forward - I didnt buy anything at Zumies however I lost my keys somewhere and went back there and they immediately started helping me. Alyssa asked the last store I had them and Alex started searching the floor. They told me to go to the last store and if they couldnt find them to come back. It was closing time on Christmas Eve and while most employees wanted to close up and go home - completely understandable. All they wanted to do was help and make sure I found them. Thank you to both of you - you helped stay calm and find humor in the situation. You went above and beyond tonight by showing me your humanity and compassion. A1 experience.
