WF seems to be downsizing many branches and recently this branch got renovated and reduced the number of tellers. The branch tellers are super friendly and long term employees. Always professional. Wishing the savings rate was higher!

Most Wells Fargo locations will do everything they can to avoid cashing a check even when the issuer and recipient are both bank members in good standing with sufficient funds, but especially this one. My father wrote me a check as a gift on a Saturday, but wrote Mondays date on it. When two employees snidely told me what he did was illegal and it would be illegal for them to cash the check, I later confronted them, and they called the police and made a false report saying I had made threats. I made no threats, used no profanity and used my foot to push the doors open as I explained before doing so only because they had made me so sick I didnt want to touch anything.
As another review noted this location is not ADA compliant. While the bank claims to be addressing this offense, as of 12/2023, more than a year later, there is nothing visible at all indicating they have done so.
