I have had several Limitless You sessions with Lucy. I wanted to overcome issues of needing to be in control of situations due to low self esteem. Lucy instinctively knows what to ask, and helps you find the path to self discovery. When I looked inward, I found the theme repeating, need for love, acceptance and approval, whatever the situation. With each session, delving deeper, I was able to get to the root of the problem. I feel very comfortable with Lucy, I trust her completely. She has helped me realize the origin of these feelings of self doubt and I am overcoming them. I have gained a sense of self worth and empowerment. I have struggled with chronic hives for the last 4 years. Nothing worked except taking Zyrtec twice a day to keep them at bay. I read that cryo helps reduce inflammation in the body. Groupon lead me to Cryo Spa for my first experience and I am so happy it did! All of the girls that run the front desk are WONDERFUL! Lucy (who I believe is the owner) is one of the most knowledgeable natural healers I have ever met. She helped me tailor a nutrition plan to meet my specific needs and patiently answered all of my questions. After 10 cryo sessions I am free of hives and feeling great! I highly recommend cryo spa if you are looking for natural healing:)
