        Do not use this company. They are charging my credit card monthly without my authorization! I have called numerous times and been laughed at on the phone and never received the promised return call back.

I had been having issues with my heating system and Charlie took the time to listen to the history of the issue and courteously went straight to work on diagnosing and solving the issue. On Tuesday 1/23, we called you to confirm that a full refund had been processed the day before (Monday 1/22) and that you should be seeing it on your Visa statement. We hope we were responsive enough to your request. If for some reason, you don't see it on your Visa statement, please call Visa to inquire further as it was refunded in our system.
