    I have been a client of Lisa's for 10+ years. Just yesterday came home with a beautiful head of curls per my perm service. I have had great spray tanning done by Francesca. Michelle does an awesome job with my pedicures and manicures. Many other qualified Tease staff and services. I am 100% satisfied with customer service, professionalism, products and services provided.

    My family and I have been going to Lisa Bilotto at her Studio. We are never disappointed in our haircuts and color! I trust her completely with my hair. She has become a dear friend. I love how sweet she is to my 93 y/o MIL who gets her hair done by her too! I enjoy watching her interact with her clients and staff. It is a friendly and relaxing environment!

    I thought I found my forever salon until my last visit. I called a week prior to make my hair appointment. Initially, I was advised to come in at 7pm for a haircut. I called 2 days prior and asked if I could come in earlier to have a touch up on my roots as well. They moved my appointment 30 minutes earlier. On the day of my appointment, I received a phone call at 1:45 pm asking me to come in 30 minutes earlier at 6 pm. I told the girl that I might be 10 minutes late, but I can come in by 6pm. I had to use 30 minutes of PTO in order to get there by 6. I showed up to my appointment right on time. I was expecting to be taken back right away because I heard my stylist reiterating to her client in the chair that she has a prior engagement and needs to leave by 8:20 pm. Hearing that, I should of left! Something in my gut was telling me that something was going to go wrong, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I came at 6 thinking it will give them enough time to do a root touch up, hair cut with a blow dry, and to style it accordingly. I waited over 30 minutes before I was seated, only to have another stylist apply the color, because my stylist was running behind. It was only balck hair color, so I didn't mind who applied it. After my hair was washed, and I finally sat in my stylists chair, I advised that I wanted a long lob, and asked if she had any notes in the system for my last hair cut. My first appointment was back in December and she knew from the very start, that I do not want short hair! She was made aware that I'm a cancer survivor and I was adamant that I did not want a short haircut. Back in December, she spent more time with me and we both agreed on the length and I loved it! I wanted the same exact haircut, a Long LOB. I don't know what was going through her mind at the time of cutting, but all I can say is that I am truly traumatized! I went from having a long lob prior, to getting a short bob and looking like Dora the Explorer! I don't know what possessed her on doing this kind of haircut. I was too much in shock to tell her that I absolutely hated it, because I was going to break down and cry. I still paid for my service even though I absolutely hated the haircut, but I'm not one for confrontation. I've had several panic attacks since Thursday night because I'm ashamed of what I look like. I had to wash my hair the next day because there was too much product in it. After my hair dried, I noticed that the cut was too blunt and uneven. I had my niece's Sweet 16 to go to Friday night, and I ended up not being able to go because I'm ashamed of what I look like. I didn't want to call Tease back because I was afraid they would make matters worse with trying to fix it. I ended up calling another salon and was able to get an appointment for this past Saturday. The person who fixed my hair confirmed that it was uneven and too blunt. She ended up adding some texture to make it look presentable. I have vacation and a wedding coming up and now I'm not going to be able to go unless I end up paying hundreds of dollars for extensions until my hair grows out in a year. It's a shame because I truly loved it there.

Good afternoon Monica I’m surprised to see this review I had no idea you were unhappy in anyway you and I had a 20 minute consultation in my chair prior to me even picking up my scissors. We both agreed on the length you liked it so much that you asked me to curl it for you when we finished , Regarding me not being ready for you when you walked in for your appointment as you know, sometimes things happen my previous client was stuck in traffic, which made her late, which unfortunately creates a domino effect for the rest of the evening. That is why I asked my coworker to apply your touchup to get the ball rolling. You even allowed me to take pictures of your hair to post so again I’m not sure where the miscommunication is but Number one goal is to have every single client leave happy I’m sorry that you will not be returning to the salon. If there’s anything that we can do for you in the future please let us know.
