The $100 charge covers any needed zones on the face, which is structured to offer flexibility and savings compared to individual area pricing. This includes areas such as the upper lip, sides, chin, and neck, each of which can significantly contribute to the overall cost if charged separately. We performed all desired areas on your face during this session. We regret any misunderstanding or lack of clarity you felt regarding the scope of the service.Our records indicate that there was a previous appointment where you were unable to attend, and there was no prior notification given to us regarding the cancellation. As outlined in our policy, which is communicated at the time of booking and also detailed in our waiting area, we have a no-show fee for missed appointments without prior cancellation. This policy is in place to ensure that we can manage our scheduling effectively and offer unused slots to other clients who might be in need of our services.Furthermore, in your most recent appointment, we noted your arrival was significantly delayed by 40 minutes. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, causing delays; however, due to our tightly scheduled appointments, such significant delays impact not only our ability to provide you with the full experience you’re looking for but also affect the appointments of other clients waiting for their treatments.Please understand, our goal is to accommodate all our clients to the best of our ability, and adhering to scheduled appointment times is a crucial part of how we maintain fairness and quality service for everyone. To provide any treatment in such a shortened window would not have been in line with the high standards of service we commit to.We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our policies and the importance of adhering to scheduled appointment times. Were you to wish for future treatments, we would love to continue serving you, but we also must emphasize the need for timely communication in the event of any delays or the need to reschedule. As for the previous no-show fee, please get in touch with us at your earliest convenience to resolve this matter.
