        They delivered to my job which is further but won't deliver to my home and if they do deliver I takes for ever and pizza is cold

        I just bought an extra cheese Alfredo pizza from this Souderton pizza. The pizza was not done. This is not a traditional extra cheese Alfredo pizza. I am a regular customer for papa John for several years. I never had such a bad product and not properly cooked. And the pizza is too thin and undercooked.

        Used DOORDASH to place an order for my family for dinner. Order randomly canceled through the app without explanation about an hour later. I figured it may have been an accident so I placed the order again through the DOORDASH app. 30 min later, cancelled again!! Decided to call the store and find out whats going onthe person I spoke with said the issue was that they no longer do business with DOORDASH, and I could order through a different delivery app as they dont deliver to my address (I live 5 miles from the store). Said OK I will place the order again via GrubHub and wasnt to confirm you will be able to fulfill the order. 20 min laterorder cancelled again citing they can fufill the order (pizza & wings) Judging by the other reviews this establishment is a mess. I do not recommend this Papa Johns location
