We just closed on our first home. We both work two jobs within the medical field, that and the current market conditions made for a stress filled home buying process. We needed a realtor, because as first-time buyers the process would have been error ridden as we stumbled through the search, contract, and closing process. Therefore, we blindly reached out to our first realtor for a house on Zillow, who left us more confused as it was assumed we knew the terms and process. That is when a friend suggested we work with Tim Dimmick as he had an excellent reputation for working with first time buyers. We contacted Tim and to our pleasant surprise his process and results would end up exceeding his reputation! He managed the entire process with patients, while answering our endless stream of questions. Because of the market, finding houses was tough, but Tim persevered until we found "our house". At that point Tim managed us through the closing process and made sure we knew who to call to get utilities converted so we were ready for move into the house. It is one thing to have a realtor work for you, but having a realtor that works with you, especially as first-time buyers is special.
