We've had a Manor Cassett Awning Installed on our home Caparro Awning Company in 2014. It has been flawless. Recently we decided to have it removed in order to have a screened in porch installed. The awning will get a second life at our son's home. However, the contractor that removed it lost several small parts, plus we need some assistance identifying several on the removed parts. I met with David & Todd at Craft-Bilt, the awning manufacture for clarification. They could not have been more helpful. they had the required parts and also shared the installation details. I would highly recommend this company.

To say that I'm disappointed is an understatement. My professional contracting company installed my awning on June 2. The motor would not open the awning. I watched the installer (great guy) get the run around trying to troubleshoot the problem for two days. It was determined that the motor doesn't work. I thought that a company that charges what Craft-Bilt does would immediately ship out a replacement. It's now been 16 days, as of the end of last week, no shipping update to my contract company. When I called in, no apologies, just a message that they are working on it. Working on what? You don't have motors? For automatic awnings that you produce? Ridiculous. When you sell a high quality product ($8,000) you should provide the service to go along. I had my last awning for 23 years, never had a problem. I'm very concerned what will happen if I have warranty issues. If I had it to do over again, I'd go a different direction merely due to the horrible customer service. It is unfortunate that I even have to write this review but people should know that Craft-Bilt works this way.

Bought home with existing Better Living Awning. Contacted Infinity Home Improvement in Wyoming, MI, who originally sold and installed the awning. Asked for assistance with awning not retracting fully in early June, 2022. It is now December, 2022 with no response. I have spoken with their installation manager, Tom, and their marketing director, Tina, neither of whom provided any meaningful input. Pitiful!

love my awning.need end cap for valance. called customer service three times . waiting for call back. no local dealers in my area . worst part i live 30 minutes from factory but they wont sell me part.wish i could get some help ! Problem solved! customer service went above and beyond to help me . rep. very pleasant and helpfull. thanks again.
