I went there around 4:40ish and the doors were locked. If you are going to close before 5 PM, please put it on Google Maps and the door. Both of them say 5 PM.

I have had and continue to have experience with many banks.... I have had numerous interactions with Univest bank and all of them outstanding.

Ive been with Univest for 14-15 years and have grown to dislike the company. So much has changed and the customer service is less than stellar. Apparently the status on my loan has changed and no one is able to tell me why. Ive called 3 times and emailed, no response. I pay on time and this is effecting my credit negatively. I am switching over to PNC and Discover as they are more honest, plus they look out for their customers.

I've been a Univest customer for well over 30 years. They were great when they were a small community bank, but over the years, the customer service has taken a major nose dive. The clincher was today, New Year's Eve, with a cart full of food for our party tonight, when my debit card "couldn't process the transaction". I called the corporate number, as well as my local branch, and all I got was, "it's not you, it's us", claiming it's an end-of-the-year reconciling that they need to do, and that I can't use my card until TUESDAY. Entirely unacceptable. Don't you think this is information that your valued customers could use BEFORE they get to the cash register?? I'm done....pulling out every dime from this bank.
