Burger King

Went to the drive through window Was not greeted. Watch the worker on his cell phone. When he brought us are food, it was cold and sloppy. When we said thank you, he just shut the window and turned his head. Went in told manager that we wanted our money back. She was more worried about the protein on the sandwich then the way it looked She gave me back my money. The owner of this store should look into the help they get Because the parking lot in itself reflects when there is no cars in there. I guess they dont care if they make money I will never go back again. This is not the first time this has happened.

This place always has the worst customer service. The guy handed me my bag through the drive-thru and mumbled something and just walked away from the window. He was standing somewhat near the window and I asked multiple times to repeat what he said but he ignored me or just pretended like he didnt hear me even though the window was still open. I just drove away and I came home to find out I was missing my panda sundae that I ordered.

This is a godsent in the Souderton community. It is the pinnacle of fast food in the area. Mcdonalds and Wendys have nothing on this gregarioue establishment. The food is amazing and I would rate it ten stars if I could. The service is impeccable; the food is fast and fresh and the workers are in the best mood, super enjoyable. The atmosphere is nice and simple with everything in the right place, with comfortable chairs and great sunroom. The only complaint that I have is that they are not open 24 hours, because I would come here at any hour of the day to satiate myself.
