Called the site suprv sean regarding the homes being put up behind me. The crew dug a trench to the street causing excessive water flowing into our yards. This sean guy was basically blaming me for the holes he dug and was rude, cocky and said theres nothing he can do abt it. He kept asking me what would you like me to do sir? . He told me to call the twp. Which i did. The twp showed up then suddely the water problem was re routed by the forino crew. We never had water flowing like this before in our yards here. Sean tried to tell me there was a spring ruptured in the street, nonsense ! If you cause a problem own up to it and stop blaming other people! The pictures clearly show the problem. Sean was more annoyed that i called for him twice in and hour and a half while he was in his breakfast meeting! Too bad! This guy is an embarrasnent to this company and his attitude is terrible! Hes not above anyone and should not talk down to people. Forino homes should evaluate this guy and his attitude accordingly. Someone needs training immediately! We've rented from forino for almost 6 years. I've had many issues over the years. They lost a money order , they don't fix things properly it took me falling through our back porch in order for them to come fix it properly. Bills from 8 months ago they're trying to charge us for. I'll NEVER rent or buy from them

Jennifer, you have outlined some details that are exaggerated or untrue. When you notified us of your foot going through the deck board, we immediately made repairs. The 8 month old bills you mentioned are utility bills that are part of your lease agreement that you failed to pay. As for your lease responsibilities we are more than happy to go over your ledger to address any discrepancies or discuss termination of your lease.

We have been having well issues for the past 17 years. No one seems to know what to do. At least we have tanks, but that doesn't solve the well issue. This is in the Schuylkill area btw.
