McDonald's

No receipts because there is no ink in the machine. Line was very long, people were pulling out and leaving. Took 15 minutes to get through the drive thru at a non rush time.

The last 3 times Ive been at this McDonalds there has been no ice cream machine running. Three weeks in a row. Its always slow and the staff seem like theyre too good to help out a customer. The food comes out and the burgers are smashed, or no extra anything when thats being added onto the order with an upcharge.

They get 4 stars because my son loves it here, and Mirabel, who delivers the mobile orders out to your car is always friendly and more than helpful, and just a very awesome person. The downside is that they've messed up my order more times I can count because they put pickles and onions on a cheeseburger when it was requested there be no pickles and onions. Also, when going through the drive through, you often have to pull forward because they have to go butcher chickens for the nuggets (at least it seemed that way because the wait was so long).....employees are always nice, never had an issue in that respect, so that earns them the 4-star rating as well....

If this McDonald's put as much effort into their service quality as they do into their landscaping and remodeling, it would rival the Chick-fil-A experience. The outward appearance is in stark contrast to its inner workings. Numerous Gotham citizens over the past several months have reported the lack of order accuracy, timelines, customer service and ability to even read their receipt. Batmanjawns detective instincts sprang into action. The external ambiance is appealing - they even have a breathtaking 10 foot high multi-tier water fountain! (Not pictured) The citizen reports were on point, like a batterang. After getting my order wrong, there was no apology and I was told to park in one of their SIX waiting spots until they could make it correctly. The quantity of spots was an indicator that timelines of orders is uncommon. I would have completed the McDonald's survey, however, the receipt looked like it has been clawed by Catwoman - seemed appropriate for an underperforming restaurant to discourage quality surveys. I left in a Flash.
