My husband and I brought our car to World Class in Spring 2020. This was right at the height of covid and we sat through 15 minutes of the staff member telling us the virus was all a hoax. Against out better judgement, we gave them the benefit of the doubt. They charged us $1600 to remove a rust spot where the roof meets the windshield - it was leaking. We thought everything was fine until that spot started leaking again last month. We called world class back and we told they were too booked up to have us bring it in, and when we explained that they had already repaired this issue they responded yeah, and what are we supposed to do about it?. We ended up taking it to another local auto body place where we were told World Class never primed, sealed or repainted the body after removing the rust, so water was able to penetrate the surface again. The second time fix was much cheaper and done right. I do not recommend this shop under any circumstances after what we have dealt with.
