Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible. The dining room was filthy. Trash and food on floors and tables. No one was sitting down. There were only 2 other customers waiting for their orders. At least 8 employees were behind the counter. The side order of tortillas were glued together in foil and could not be eaten. Food bland. This was at 4:00.

Showed up at 7:49pm doors locked. Employees in the store and the hours for closing said 8pm. They need to change their store hours on their sign to reflect the true hours.

This Chipotle should close their doors and give up ...i finally give up in them (as much as I tried to be understanding) In the last few months I have experienced: **app says they are open /excepts orders when they are actually closed * the worst customer service I've ever had while trying to get refunds (for above and other issues) have gotten two refunds they claimed were pending (corporate) **RAW FOOD** ... Burnt food, completely clueless employees (with employees incredible turn-over) food not made as ordered, etc, etc ,etc!!! It is really pathetic and they really should just stop cheating the public (,or trying to make us sick !) Make room for a real restaurant!

Employees were super trashy. Blaring rap music while discussing the KKK and the n-word. Nothing was made or ready to serve customers, despite there only being two customers waiting for food. One female employee came out from the back yelling and cursing at the other employees while a bunch of kids were listening. Didnt even remember all of the toppings we asked for. Worst chipotle experience weve ever had.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We just left this evening, the food is horrible. They were out of almost everything, the food they did have looked so old, the tables were filled with old food and trash you couldnt even sit down. There were dirty dishes stacked to the ceiling on the center cool area. The sodas were flat, waste of 30$! Will NEVER eat here again! Stay clear on a Sunday evening, unless you want food poisoning!
