This Outfit is absolute garbage!! Gave me a line of credit and less than a year later loan officer was accusing me of not paying it off for 2 straight years and threw me into high Risk and took the line of credit away, and I didnt even have it for 1 year!! They completely destroyed my business and livelihood! And they refuse to be of any value anymore. Absolute worst place to ever borrow money from!!!!

Really happy with my farm mortgage, and HELOC. I have both through HFC. Kelsey, my loan officer is super nice to work with and the customer service department is super easy to work with. I also love their patronage program! 100% recommend.

Subpar to say the least. Computer systems will not allow charge to auto pay for final payment even if they charged that account for several year. Computer system will not allow branches to pint payoff documentation when you make final payment. Customer service don't care you have to spend your 2 hours of your time and money to run to their office to pay loan off or about the fact that you have to pay for canceled checked they say they never received. Will never borrow from them again.
