Bought a kerosene heater a few months ago unpacked it and the battery pack was broke and the igniter didn't work called tractor supply and they didn't have another one being was the only one they had and was are only heat source we delt with it it finally gave up so went back to tractor supply and they had and other one there and I had the extra warranty on it the girls that worked there went on line and was help me get another one for nothing very surprising but greatly appreciated Thank you

Poor experience. Rude managers. I walked in at 6:45 p.m. on a Sunday after work knowing 7:00 was closing time. All I needed to do was grab a bag of dog food. As soon as I walked in what appeared to be a manager yelled to me up at the front doors that they close in 10 minutes. There were still other customers in there and it was very embarrassing. By the time I grabbed my dog food, paid, carried it out to my car, loaded it and started my car my clock read 6:51. It was the day we changed the clocks so I'm sure the time was right. Your managers need a lesson in customer service!

Needed lawn bags. Borough recommends paper bags for leaves etc. None at store because they are ordered seasonal. Isn't it the season for the use of lawn bags.
