Wilbur removed the mold from our pantry, basement, and insulation. He was timely and very responsive. We had the service performed over a year ago and haven't seen any signs of mold since. His quote was very competitive. I was pregnant at the time and really appreciated that everything he used was safe. I have and would recommend him to others!

Mold remediation performed in basement crawl space. No issues after approximately one weeks. Very professional and courteous, comparable / competitive pricing for similar-sized house. Communicates well and respectful of homeowner needs, pets, and children. Recommended and would use again.

Called me at home and openly admitted to buying my information on Angie's list. (Thank God I didn't include my address.) Then defended that's how he does his business. I gave no blatant permission for him to call me or sell my information to anyone. If they tell you it is hidden and hide that it will be a call. I assumed since it asked for email it would be email especially since it was almost 6 pm. Have you no respect for families? People have time to fill a form not handle a badgering sales call. Which is what this was. I worked in sales. I know. I would never work with someone who thinks it's okay to buy people's private details to begin with. He then tried to blame the site. He was the one who called me. He made that choice. He then defended that choice by bringing up the money he spent on my information. You can see why I became upset. I'm dealing with mold. No one wants a sales call they want a price on a screen. Calling me to pressure me into a sale works for you better I'm sure, but when you're called out on it by someone who is experienced and educated in business, consider it. You lost not only this apartment and the rest of the building but the rest my landlord owns he would have gone with whoever I recommended to save time. You messed up. People value their privacy acting like I don't have a right to be upset that mine was taken away through deception because you paid for it is absurd.

I registered with Angies List searching for a company that handles mold removal because I had a mold problem in my basement. Wilbur Hall, Owner of Nano Cleaning Solutions called me and then came to my house and did a walk through assessment of the mold. He explained everything thoroughly about what was going to happen and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost me. Wilber sent two of his workers the next day to tackle the job. I forget their names but they were very polite and professional as was Wilbur. I give Nano Cleaning Solutions employees and Wilbur an A+ rating from start to finish and I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need to in the future. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone. Thanks for everything Wilbur and employees!
