        My boyfriend and I moved to the area and were supposed to drop our U-Haul off at this location. It was very confusing because U-Haul didnt give any instructions on what I was supposed to do. Alycia was so helpful getting our U-Haul situated! We had no idea what we were doing but thanks to Alycia everything was done quickly, and thank god because it was pouring rain. Excellent customer service
