        We had good customer service from the Ira Mohler Insurance Company that was recently acquired by Element Risk Management but the customer service from Element Risk is an abomination. We have multiple policies and properties and we have been trying to update and expand our policies and addtional coverage. We called and e mailed multiple times and were contiually bounced around to several people and with no call backs that resulted in a resolution. it looks liike it is time to move our insurance to another agency.
