        The people at Bean Funeral Home were so compassionate to all of my family. From preplanning my husbands funeral to the day of the funeral and the burial at Indiantown Gap Military Cemetery. Dealing with the death of a loved one isnt easy and all the employees at Bean were such a help through it all.

        My family and I were very satisfied with the funeral service provided by Bean at the Shillington location. Communication throughout the whole process was exceptional. From pre-meeting, to burial, they answered every phone call and provided detailed information every step of the way. Our loved one looked natural and angelic. They exceeded our wishes. We would highly recommend their services. David helped us during pre-meetings and Carolina helped us the rest of the way. They were both caring and professional.

        It was during a devastating loss that my family and I had come to Bean Funeral Home - Shillington location where we initially met with David who was informative, let us tour the facility and ask questions. We were then contacted by Marissa to be our director for the services. Marissa was so patient, understanding, and informative, she listened to everything and implemented the personal touches throughout the services which made the process as easy as could be for us and made it comfortable in one of the most uncomfortable unbearable times of our lives. The genuine compassion from her was felt. Marissa took care of us as we were her family. Marissa is most definitely an asset to the team. As uncertain as I was through it all, Marissa constantly assured me that everything will work out just fine. Let me just say, she couldn't be more accurate. all the staff we met and Carol who I unknowingly sent 180 pictures 3 times were also so nice and helpful.
