        Sent me a letter in the mail, saying they were going to charge me a fee for lack of activitythen I call them to close my account and credit cards (which both have no balance) and they refused, saying they can only cancel one, and I have to call back again next week to close the other one. They are full of nonstop nonsense fees, and are one of the least knowledgeable and professional banks I have ever worked with. You would think with their name they would have a focus on customer service, but that is far from how they operate.

        Had to have my card replaced due to fraud. Great customer service from the lady replacing my card. Positive experience as always after almost 20 years as a member!!

        Credit card dispute wait time 45 minutes. This was resolved or so I thought. Received no amount due for two months but just got the same bill again. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would 100 percent totally stay away from this company
