My name has been used, recently to submit a negative, false review of the Heritage Property and team. Please note the information in the other review is an impersonator and has used my name with out my knowledge or consent. I am a previous team member from Heritage Property Management, however left on great terms and left an amazing team behind!

Let me expose what this community truly is. I was the manager of HGreene for 6 months. It was an insufferable experience. It is nothing but organized crime, a money scam. The people running this place(Lydia A) are predatory. Lydia is one sleazy operator . The acting manager Melissa was hired from Burger King. I was forced to hire her because we had no applicants. Lydia told me sometimes you just have to pull from rock bottom and pray. Melisssa is unfit, incompetent and immoral . She is now under investigation for credit card theft from within the community pertaining to residents. I still talk to many residents who are dying to leave. Melissa and Lydia actually hold meetings to swindle money out of these hard working residents with fabricated fines such as their dog barking too loud or simple decorations they have on their door. Its absolutely lunacy. They never give these people their 2500 deposits back regardless of how nice they leave the home. Almost every unit has leaky roofs, running toilets, and splitting floor tiles that is ignored and dismissed because its all about saving a buck for Lydias bonus. The parking is atrocious(not nearly enough spots)No assigned spots and the normal spots they would have are taken up by 200 a month parking garage shacks. They had a rash of cars getting keyed on their property and did absolutely nothing to help these poor people. The amenities are neglected and crummy. This community is very similar to a favela in a 3rd world county. They have a huge rat problem and dont give one dam. Please dont give yourself the heartache avoid this place at all costs.

This community is pure evil. I met with Melissa to talk about pricing. I told her it was out of my price range especially for run down amenities. She had the Audacity to tell me that she isnt surprised You are the typical black man how abhorrent to say something like to me right in the office. Because I said it was out of my price range she stereotyped me ???How do these people work here being flat out racists ???

The staff went above and beyond before we even stepped foot on property. We had items arrive to the front door before we were able to move in and they placed them inside our unit to avoid them getting wet, damaged or stolen. This was a great first impression on us and we look forward to being a part of the community! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Many cockroaches in the homes, even after exterminators show up. Walls and ceilings have drywall falling out, paint peeling and water leaks. Garbage and broken glass in the halls, stairs and outside in the green areas. Cigarette butts by the garages and all over the dog parks. Management way too lazy to put up no smoking signs . The walls in the hallways are defaced, people urinating in the stairwell and when you contact management about it, there's no response. This property management doesn't help with enforcement of rules and areas don't get cleaned up the day of. Poor maintenance of common areas. Constant loud drilling and hammering Nonstop fire alarm keeps getting activated. The firetrucks show up and confirm through the PA system to announce that most are false alarms. The PA system used is extremely loud and may even contribute to hearing loss at that volume. Renter beware. For the price of rent these days, you can find better elsewhere in Bucks county. This place is a toxic mosh pit!
